Laal Gauri: Hand-Painted Wooden Cow Wall Decor
In Rajasthani homes the cow, or gau, stands for prosperity, nourishment and good fortune. Laal Gauri brings that blessing to your wall in a rich sindoori red, with sky-blue horns, a turquoise floral forehead panel, mustard ears and fine gold and white dot borders, all painted by hand.
Carved from solid wood and finished with a glossy coat, this piece makes an instant focal point above a console, in the entryway, beside the mandir or on a gallery wall. It also makes a meaningful housewarming, Diwali or wedding gift.
- Handcrafted from solid wood and painted by hand
- Size: 11 x 12 inches (approx. 28 x 30 cm), weight approx. 730 g
- Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour and pattern are natural and make it one of a kind
