Shipping Timeframe: Our shipping times are influenced by two key factors: item availability and shipping service. We aim to ship to all parts of India. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Most items on our website are in stock, but due to the unique artisanal processes involved, shipping times may vary. Individual product pages provide specific shipping information.
Order will be shipped within 1-2 days of order confirmation. Order status can be checked in My account page. Shipping fees will charged on all orders below Rs. 500. For orders above Rs. 500, there is no shipping charges.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable shipping partners who operate between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. IST, delivering domestic orders within 14 working days unless otherwise specified in the product details. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors like strikes, transport delays due to inclement weather, or destination customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive shipping tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties and taxes applicable to your order must be paid by you in accordance with your local laws. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in your destination state or city.
Incorrect Shipping Address: If an item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address or if you are not present at the provided address, the transaction will be canceled. The item will be returned to the seller, and appropriate deductions for handling, shipping, couriering, and services provided will be made before the remaining amount is refunded to you. Common mistakes include wrong or missing addresses, incorrect zip codes, incorrect states or countries, and typographical errors.
Order Changes and Cancellations: We accept order changes or cancellations before shipping. However, once the shipment leaves our warehouse, orders cannot be canceled. In case of order cancellations post-shipping or if you refuse to accept a shipment, deductions will be made for services, handling, couriering, and shipping costs before refunding the remaining amount to you.
Damaged Products: If any products arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of shipment, accompanied by photos of the damaged items, following the terms and conditions of our return and refund policy.
Shipment Delays: While we strive to provide accurate shipping times, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as festivals, holidays, or labor disputes. During such times, no refunds or returns will be entertained.
Transit Risk: Customers receive full insurance coverage for all orders, with no additional fees. If an order is lost in transit, our logistic partner will reprocess it. However, once the carrier agency delivers a package to the address you provided, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, whether partial or full.
Delivery Charges: A Rs 70 charge for delivery per item may be applied if the order value is less than Rs 500. While orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free.
As of now, Rajasthanihaat.com does not deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
